| REINFORCEMENT PLATE FOR JEEP TJ, XJ & JK | | |  | Since the introduction of coil suspension on wrangler tj and the most common problem in desert off road is the bent front dana 30.The front axle will bend and gear oil starts leaking from the knuckles. This happens because the axle shaft not aligned with the gear oil seals next to the carrier bearings thus destroying them. If your axle already bent, we will fix it, change the seals then install our plate. Welding is required the first time only, afterwards its bolt on and can be installed and removed with very basic tools and no special skills required. It will attach the differential cast iron housing to the side axle tubes as well as the outside knuckles thus providing a bullet proof front axle even for racing applications. |
